1. The air filter is cleaned every 50 hours of operation.

  When the transparent part of the monitor appears in red, it indicates that the air filter has reached the limit of use. It should be cleaned or replaced immediately. After processing, press the button on the top of the monitor to reset the monitor.

  B. When the filter element is not too dirty, it can be blown with compressed air directly, but it should be noted that the air pressure cannot be too high and the nozzle should not be too close to the filter element.

  C. If the filter element is too dirty, use a special cleaning fluid to clean it, and then blow it dry with an electric hot air cylinder (be careful not to overheat).

  D. After cleaning, it should be inspected. The method of inspection is to use a light bulb to shine from the inside to the outside and observe the outside of the filter element. If a light spot is found, it indicates that the filter element is perforated. At this time, the filter element of the same model should be replaced.

  E. If there is no light spot, it means that the filter element is not perforated. At this time, the air filter should be installed carefully.

2. Check the battery and belt once a week.

  1. Use an electroscope to check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.

  2. Check whether the battery liquid level is about 15mm on the electrode plate, otherwise add distilled water.

  3. Check whether the battery terminal is corroded or sparked, otherwise it should be replaced and greased.

  4. Check each belt and replace it if it is damaged or invalid.

  5. Apply 40N pressure to the middle of the belt, the belt should be able to press about 12mm, and it should be adjusted if it is too loose or too tight.

3. The radiator shall be repaired and maintained every 200 hours of operation:

  1. Exterior cleaning

  A. Spray with hot water (add detergent) by spraying from the front of the radiator towards the fan.

  B. If the above methods cannot remove stubborn deposits, the radiator should be removed and immersed in hot alkaline water for about 20 minutes, and then washed with hot water.

  2. Internal descaling:

  A. Drain the water from the radiator, then disassemble and seal the place where the radiator connects to the pipe.

  Pour 4% acid solution at 45℃ into the radiator, drain the acid solution after 15 minutes, and check

  B. heat sink.

  C. If there is still scale, use 8% acid solution to wash again.

  D. After descaling, neutralize twice with 3% alkali solution, and then rinse with water for more than three times.

  E. After all work is completed, check whether the radiator leaks, and repair it if it leaks.

  F. If there is no water leakage, reinstall it. After reinstalling the radiator, fill it with clean water and add rust inhibitor.

4. The oil filter, diesel filter and water filter should be replaced every 200 hours of operation.

  1. Start the diesel generator and let it run for 15 minutes.

  2. When the diesel engine is hot, drain the oil from the oil pan screw plug, tighten the bolt with 110NM (torque wrench) after draining, and then add the same type of oil to the oil pan. The same model should be added to the turbocharger. Engine oil.

  3. Remove the two crude oil filters and replace with two new oil filters. The new filters should be filled with the same type of oil as in the machine.

  4. Replace the filter element of the fine filter and add the same type of oil as in the machine.

  5. Remove the diesel filter, replace it with a new one, fill it up with diesel, and then reinstall it.

5. The maintenance cycle of the generator control panel is once every six months. Use compressed air to remove the dust inside, and tighten the terminals. The rusty or overheated terminals should be treated and tightened.

6. Fill in the "Generator Set Maintenance Record Form" carefully.
