1. Routine technical maintenance
  (1) Clean the dust, oil, etc. on the surface of the generator set, and check whether there is water leakage or oil leakage.
  (2) Check whether the battery or gas cylinder of the starting device meets the conditions.
  (3) Check the cooling water system for leaks or insufficient water.
  (4) Check the oil level in the crankcase to see if there is water leaking into the oil pan.
  (5) Check whether the fuel quantity of the fuel tank meets the working conditions.
(6) Check the correctness and stability of each accessory device.
  2. Preliminary technical maintenance
  (1) Check whether the connecting rod bolts and locking iron wires inside the body are loose.
  (2) Clean the fuel tank and fuel filter (if filtered diesel is used, it can be cleaned every 200 hours).
  (3) Clean the coarse filter and air filter of the oil pump, and then replace the remaining oil.
  (4) Grease or lubricating oil should be injected in accordance with regulations on all parts marked with grease nozzle.
  (5) Clean the steel wool on the ventilation hole on the fuel filler cap.
  (6) Lubricate all moving parts of the speed regulation mechanism with oil.
  (7) Fill the water pump bearing with butter.
  3. Regular technical maintenance
  (1) Completely inspect and clean the fuel system, including fuel tank, filter, fuel injection pump, fuel injection nozzle, cooling system and lubrication system, and replace with new oil.
  (2) Check whether the connecting rods, connecting rod bearings, air distribution mechanism, cooling water pump and governor are loose or damaged.
  (3) Check whether the generator, motor commutator, brush spring pressure, etc. are connected properly.
  (4) Readjust the gas timing and fuel supply advance angle to the specified value.
  (5) Check the sealing condition of the intake and exhaust valves.
  (6) Check whether there is water leakage in the water sealing rubber ring of the cylinder liner.
  (7) Check whether the fuel injection plug on the cover of the transmission mechanism is blocked.
  4. Full inspection technical maintenance
  (1) Comprehensively check the wear of the cylinder head assembly and the intake and exhaust pipes, and refurbish or replace if necessary.
  (2) Comprehensively check the wear of the crankshaft assembly, thrust bearing and thrust plate, and replace if necessary.
  (3) Comprehensively check the transmission mechanism, observe the wear of the transmission gear meshing surface, and repair or replace if necessary.
  (4) Check the fuel injection system comprehensively, and grind or replace according to the spray condition of the fuel injector.
  (5) Comprehensively inspect the oil pump and water pump, disassemble, inspect and measure the vulnerable parts, and make adjustments.
  (6) Comprehensively check the charger and starter motor, clean each component accordingly and add new grease, check the starter gear wear and whether the transmission is flexible.
  (10) Clean the sand, dirt and scale in the water jacket.
