    Injector does not work effectively

    Due to improper maintenance and other reasons, the injector cannot be effectively atomized or dripped during operation, so that the fuel cannot be fully mixed with the air in the cylinder, and cannot be fully burned. The black smoke discharge caused by poor operation of the injector is more obvious when the diesel generator is running at low speed. Because the intake vortex in the cylinder is weak during low-speed operation, the possibility of oil droplets or oil beams being washed away by the airflow is reduced and the residence time is longer, and it is easier to form carbon black and be discharged.

    The shape of the combustion chamber changes

    The manufacturing quality of the shape of the combustion chamber does not meet the technical requirements. If the compression gap is too large or small, and the piston position is incorrectly installed, the shape of the combustion chamber will be changed, which will affect the quality of fuel and air mixing and deteriorate the fuel conditions.

    Improper fuel advance angle

    When the cylinder pressure and temperature are low, the fuel supply is injected into the combustion chamber too early, causing the fuel to not be fully combusted; or injected into the cylinder too late, so that part of the combustion is not mixed with the air and is discharged in the high-temperature exhaust gas, finally forming black smoke.

    Excessive oil supply

    The fuel supply is greater than the intake air, so that the oil in the cylinder is more and less gas and complete combustion is completely formed. In addition, inadequate combustion of fuel, such as heavy work load, poor fuel quality, and low operating temperature, will cause black smoke from the fractional gas.

    Blue smoke

    The main reason for the formation of blue smoke is that the lubricating oil enters the cylinder, and the heated evaporation is discharged together with the exhaust gas to become blue smoke. The main reasons for the lubricating oil entering the cylinder are as follows:

    The air filter is blocked, the air intake is not smooth or the oil level in the oil pan is too high (oil-bath air filter).

    Lubricating oil is mixed into the fuel.

    The piston ring is aligned.

    The cylinder head gasket near the engine block burned through the cylinder head.

    Piston rings, pistons, and cylinder liners are worn.

    White smoke

    The formation of white smoke is mainly due to the fact that the temperature in the cylinder is too low, and the vapor formed after startup evaporates; but if the heat engine still emits white smoke after working for a period of time, it is mainly caused by the following faults:

    If the cylinder equipment is damaged or loose, the cooling water enters the cylinder and forms water vapor.

    The fuel injector is poorly atomized and drips.

    The fuel supply advance angle is too small.

    There is water and air in the fuel.
