1. Prevent short circuit of stator winding:
1 During maintenance, check the tightness of the end coils and structural parts of the stator winding, and record the loose and worn parts in detail, find out the cause, and deal with it in time. When it is found that there is glue flow at the end, you must carefully find the cause, and use an endoscope to check the appearance of the insulation at the back of the lower coil if necessary.
2 Strengthen the inspection of the insulation of the generator ring lead, transition lead, and nose hand bag insulation. According to "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment" (DL/T 596-2005), DC voltage measurement is applied to the hand bag insulation of the stator winding end, and the unqualified ones should be dealt with in time.
3 During the inspection during operation, it is found that there is condensation or leakage in the cooling water pipes, upper and lower guide bearing coolers in the generator wind tunnel, and it should be reported and handled in time.
4 In the monthly safety inspection, the stator insulation resistance of the unit should be carefully measured. If it is unqualified, it should be carefully analyzed; if the cause is not found, the unit should not be restored to standby at will.
5 The monthly safety inspection should carefully check whether the bolts of each part of the upper frame are loose, and if necessary, use a wrench for tightening.
6 After the unit load rejection causes the overvoltage protection action, the stator insulation resistance should be measured to be qualified, and the operation can be resumed after the step-up pressure operation is normal.
7 After the unit's stator single-phase grounding protection action sends a signal, contact the shutdown as soon as possible for inspection, find out the cause, and deal with it in time.
2. Prevent generator rotor failure:
1 During operation, the on-duty staff wipes the generator slip rings during the day shift, and uses white cloth strips to remove the dust and carbon powder on the slip rings and leads every month. The duty officer shall conduct inspections on time, discover and deal with hidden troubles such as high operating temperature of the collector ring and ignition of the carbon brushes in a timely manner to prevent the formation of ring fires and cause accidents.
2 During the monthly routine safety inspections, the production and operation department should especially check whether the rotor magnetic pole connection copper sheet is broken, whether the joint is overheated, and whether there is corona or heat generation at the coil end. Regularly check and measure the insulation resistance, and measure it even before the machine has been shut down for a long standby time and the unit is started up. The insulation resistance can only be put into operation. If there is an abnormal change in insulation resistance, carefully analyze and find out the cause.
3 During operation, prevent the oil level of the upper guide and thrust bearing from being too high, causing oil to be thrown to the generator coil, causing the coil insulation and semiconductor paint to be corroded and dissolved by the oil to reduce the insulation strength.
4 When the rotor winding of the generator is grounded at one point, the fault point and nature should be immediately identified. If the metal that is the stability of the rotor winding is grounded, it should be stopped immediately.
3. Prevent generators from being connected to the grid at the same time:
1 Automatic quasi-synchronization device, manual quasi-synchronization device, full-step meter and synchronization inspection relay should be checked once a year. Important secondary circuit cables (such as switch closing secondary circuit cables) should be regularly inspected for insulation.
2 During the false synchronization test, the isolation switch on both sides of the parallel point switch should be disconnected, and the secondary circuit with the synchronization voltage should be tested for manual quasi-synchronization and automatic quasi-synchronization. Check the consistency of the synchronization check relay, the whole step meter, the automatic quasi-synchronization device and the correctness of the synchronous voltage secondary circuit, and check the correctness and reliability of the circuit breaker closing control circuit.
3 The error of the leading time, leading phase angle, frequency difference blocking action value, differential pressure blocking action value and the setting value of the automatic quasi-synchronization device shall not exceed 5% of the setting value.
4 When the automatic quasi-synchronization device controls the generator to be connected to the grid, the operator does not need to intervene in the grid connection operation. If an abnormal situation occurs, it should be reported to the Biotechnology Department for approval, and the automatic quasi-synchronization device should be disabled to check the cause of the failure.
4. Prevent generator damage caused by excitation system failure:
1 The overexcitation limit and overexcitation protection setting value of the automatic excitation regulator should be within the allowable value given by the manufacturer and be checked regularly.
2 When the automatic channel of the excitation regulator fails, it should be repaired and put into operation in time. Long-term operation of the generator under manual excitation regulation is strictly prohibited. During the operation of manual excitation adjustment, when adjusting the active load of the generator (,), the reactive load of the generator must be properly adjusted to prevent the generator from losing stability.
3 The working power supply of the excitation control device should be reliable, and the AC and DC control power supplies should be turned on at the same time during operation to prevent the excitation control device from losing the working power supply and causing the generator to lose excitation.
4 During the overhaul, the generator de-excitation switch and its supporting de-excitation components should be overhauled to prevent the de-excitation switch or the failure of the de-excitation element from causing an impact on the power system or causing the unit to run out of step.
5 During the annual inspection of the protection, check the reliability of the generator switch and de-excitation switch at the protective action outlet to prevent the generator outlet switch and de-excitation switch from refusing to operate in the event of an accident.
