1. Automatic start and automatic power supply

When the mains power is interrupted, the mains switching circuit immediately cuts off the mains power supply circuit, and the mains monitoring circuit makes the starter motor run through the self-starting controller to start the diesel generator set. After a successful start, the oil pressure of the lubricating oil rises. When the oil pressure rises to the specified value, the oil pressure sensor connects to the control circuit of the lubricating oil solenoid valve, which opens the oil passage of the speed-up cylinder, and the pressure lubricating oil of the diesel engine Pushing the piston of the oil cylinder drives the throttle handle to move in the speed-up direction. Under the action of the speed-up limit controller, the diesel engine works at the rated speed. At this time, under the action of the automatic voltage regulator, the generator outputs the rated voltage. Then the diesel electromechanical switching circuit is turned on, and the diesel generator set starts to supply power to the load.

2. Shut down automatically after the mains is restored

When the mains power is restored, under the action of the mains monitoring circuit, the diesel engine power supply circuit is cut off first, and then the mains switching circuit is put into operation, and the load is supplied by the mains. At the same time, the self-starting controller activates the stop electromagnet to control the throttle of the diesel engine. The diesel engine runs at low speed for 3~5 minutes, and then automatically stops.

3. Failure shutdown and alarm

During the operation of the unit, when the cooling water outlet temperature reaches (95±2)℃, the temperature controller will send out an audible and visual alarm signal through the system controller and cut off the load. At the same time, the electromagnet will be stopped and the unit will stop running; when the lubricating oil pressure is low When the oil pressure is lower than the specified value, the contact of the low oil pressure alarm sensor is closed, the controller sends out an audible and visual alarm signal through the display alarm device, and at the same time cuts off the oil-electricity switching circuit, the shutdown electromagnet acts, and the unit automatically shuts down; The high-frequency relay in the electromechanical monitoring circuit will act, and the unit will automatically stop.
