There is a big difference in the use time of the diesel generator set in the two cases. The maintenance of the oil machine is generally determined by the accumulated hours of startup. The first power supply method mentioned above only tests for a few hours per month. If the technical maintenance hours are accumulated to the first or second level, the time will be too long, so it should be flexibly controlled according to the specific situation.

Daily technical maintenance
  (1) Clean the dust, oil, etc. of each part of the machine, and check whether there is any oil dripping at the connection of each part, and deal with it in time.
  (2) For electric start, check the battery terminal voltage, specific gravity and liquid level, etc. For gas start, check for gas cylinder leakage and check whether the air pressure is sufficient.
  (3) Check the cooling water system for water seepage and whether the water volume is sufficient.
  (4) Check the oil level in the crankcase. If it is insufficient, add oil to full scale according to regulations. If you find that the oil level suddenly rises, you should pay attention to check whether there is water leaking into the oil sump, and remove the leak in time and deal with it in time.
  (5) Check the fuel quantity in the fuel tank, and fill it up in time when it is insufficient.
(6) Check the correctness and stability of each accessory device.
