Standards for purchasing diesel generator sets

When purchasing diesel generator sets, in addition to considering power, at the same time, in accordance with the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Quality Certification and Inspection of Communication Diesel Generator Sets" issued by the Communication Power Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Information Industry, there are also provisions for diesel generator sets. Item performance index requirements.

Appearance requirements: the boundary size, installation size and connection size of the unit should conform to the approved product drawings at the specified level.

    The welding of the unit should be firm, the welding seam should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as weld penetration, undercut, slag inclusion and pores. The welding slag and welding flux should be removed; the paint film should be uniform without obvious cracks and peeling; the coating should be smooth and free Leak plating spots, corrosion, etc.; the solid parts of the unit should not be loose.

    The electrical installation of the unit should conform to the circuit diagram. There should be obvious signs that are not easy to fall off at the connection of each wire of the unit.

    The unit should have a good ground terminal.

    The unit signs are complete.

    Insulation resistance and insulation strength:

    Insulation resistance: measure the insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to the ground and between the circuits should be greater than 2MΩ.

    Insulation strength: each independent electrical circuit of the diesel generator set should be able to withstand the AC test voltage for 1 min to the ground and between the circuits, and no breakdown or flashover is required. If the circuit voltage is less than 100V, the test voltage is 750V; if the circuit voltage is ≥100V, the test voltage is 1440V.

    Phase sequence requirements: The phase sequence of the wiring terminals of the unit control panel should be arranged from left to right or top to bottom from the front of the screen.

    Requirements for automatically maintaining the ready-to-operate state: The unit should have a heating device to ensure that the oil temperature and cooling medium temperature of the total loss system during emergency startup and rapid loading are not less than 15°C.

    Reliable inspection of automatic power supply and automatic shutdown:

    The unit should be able to start automatically after receiving the start command from automatic control or remote control.

    After the automatic start of the unit fails for the third time, it should be able to send a start failure signal. When a standby unit is provided, the program starting system should be able to automatically transmit the start command to another standby unit.

    The time from the automatic start command to the power supply to the load should not exceed 3 min.

    After the unit is automatically started, the first load should not be less than 50% of the nominal load.

    After receiving a shutdown command from automatic control or remote control, the unit should be able to stop automatically; for the standby unit used in parallel with the mains power grid, when the grid returns to normal, the unit should be able to automatically switch and stop automatically, and its shutdown mode and shutdown delay time should comply with Product technical requirements.

    Automatic start success rate: not less than 99%.

    No-load voltage setting range: not less than 95% to 105% of rated voltage.

    Automatic replenishment function: The unit should be able to automatically charge the starting battery.

    Automatic protection function: The unit should have protection devices for phase loss, short circuit (units not greater than 250Kw), overcurrent (units greater than 250Kw), high speed and water temperature (cylinder temperature), and low oil pressure.

    Voltage waveform distortion rate: Under no-load rated voltage and frequency, the line voltage waveform distortion rate is <5%.

    Steady-state voltage adjustment rate: ±3% (≤250Kw); ±2% (>250Kw).

    Transient voltage adjustment rate: ±20% (≤250Kw); ±15% (>250Kw).

    Voltage stabilization time: ≤2s (≤250Kw); ≤1.5s (>250Kw).

    Voltage fluctuation rate: ≤0.8% (≤250Kw); ≤0.5% (>250Kw).

    Steady-state frequency adjustment rate: ≤3%.

    Transient frequency adjustment rate: ≤9%.

    Frequency stabilization time: ≤5s.

    Frequency fluctuation rate: ≤0.8% (≤250Kw); ≤0.5% (>250Kw).

    Line voltage deviation under three-phase asymmetrical load: under 25% of the three-phase symmetrical load of the unit, add 25% of the rated phase power to any phase and resistive load, the unit should be able to work normally, the maximum or minimum line voltage The difference between the value and the average value of the three-phase line voltage should not exceed 5% of the average value of the three-phase line voltage.

    Noise: The average value of noise sound pressure at 1m away from the diesel engine and generator body of the unit:

    ≤250Kw; ≤102dB(A).

    >250Kw; ≤108dB(A).

    Fuel consumption rate: the rated power of the unit is 120Kw

    Oil consumption rate: unit rated power P>40Kw, total loss system oil (oil) consumption rate ≤3.0g/Kw·h.

    Operation test under rated working conditions: Diesel generator set under specified working conditions (see the national standard GB/T 2820.7-2009 "Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Driven Alternator" Part 7: Used for technical conditions and design 4.1~4.19 in the technical description), the unit can normally operate continuously for 12 hours under rated conditions (including 10% overload operation for 1 hour), and the unit should be free of leaks, water leakage and air leakage.

    Remote control, remote signaling and telemetry performance:

    Intelligent generator sets: Diesel generator sets above 200Kw should be intelligent, and the specific requirements for monitoring content and interfaces are as follows:

    ①Remote control: turn on/off, emergency stop, switch between main and standby units.

    ②Remote signal: working status (run/stop), working mode (automatic/manual), main and standby units, overpressure, underpressure, overcurrent, high frequency/speed, high water temperature (water-cooled), high cylinder temperature ( Air-cooled), belt break (air-cooled), high lubricating oil temperature (air-cooled), start failure, overload, charger failure.

    ③Remote measurement: three-phase output voltage, three-phase output current, output frequency/speed, cooling medium temperature or cylinder temperature (air-cooled), lubricating oil pressure, lubricating oil temperature (air-cooled), starting battery voltage, Output Power.

    ④Interface: It should have a communication interface (RS-232 and RS-485/422), and can provide a complete communication protocol.

    Non-intelligent units: non-intelligent units of 200Kw and below do not have this requirement.
