Kangwo Features of generator set

Kangwo Kg series diesel engine is a product independently developed by our company to meet the demand for high power. Adopt high pressurization, deep intercooling technology. Double water pump, external integrated machine cooling, high cooling performance. The product has stable quality, high reliability, sufficient power, economical and environmental protection, and exquisite appearance. It is widely used in power generation and special equipment industries. The power covers 150～1500kW.
1. The use of high-alloy cast iron, split cylinder head, and the use of AVL tangential air passage cylinder heads reduce the swirl ratio, increase the airflow intensity of the intake flow coefficient, increase the airflow pressure, increase the power rise and effectively reduce emissions.
2. The design of dual water pumps and large-flow oil pumps improves the cooling capacity of diesel engines under high thermal loads at high power, improves cooling and lubrication capacity, and reduces the shape of the water tank to meet the needs of different ambient temperatures.
3. The exhaust pipe adopts integral, high-temperature resistant alloy castings and direct plug-in connection to reduce air leakage and improve the heat resistance of the exhaust pipe.
4. The body is made of vermicular graphite cast iron, with auxiliary oil passages in the body, and the piston is forced to be cooled by forced injection through a special cooling nozzle, which has high strength, strong shock absorption and reduces the thermal load of the diesel engine.
5. Improve the shape of the piston combustion chamber, adopt an oscillating structure, improve combustion efficiency, and improve the economy and reliability of engine operation.
